THE PROBLEM
Rooftop solar adoption in Southeast Asia remains low, despite solar electricity being cheaper than fossil fuels for years. Less than 1% of rooftops have solar panels, and 85% of the market lacks access to solar-as-a-service solutions. The barriers? Complexity, cost, and trust. Most customers are first-time buyers with little knowledge of solar, leading to confusion and hesitation.
