Treetoscope, a leader in advanced technologies for water management and irrigation optimization in agriculture, is seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team in Mexico on a commission-based model.
Job Description
Identify and onboard new clients in the agriculture sector (orchards, packing houses, farms).
Manage customer relationships and ensure retention of existing clients.
Present the company’s solutions and highlight their value to farmers and growers.
Negotiate and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets.
Collaborate with the technical and agronomic teams to ensure successful product implementation.
Provide regular reports on sales activities, forecasts, and target achievements.
Requirement
Proven experience in sales, preferably in agriculture, technology, or water management.
Familiarity with the agricultural market in Mexico, with a strong advantage for experience working with avocado, pecan, and citrus growers.
Self-motivated with the ability to work on a commission-based model.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Spanish at a native level; high proficiency in English is a must.
Willingness to travel across Mexico as needed.
Basic technical understanding and a willingness to learn about advanced technological products.
